Excellent incredible location, in a safe area within walking distance to everything.

Thanks a lot guys for a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a 3 day weekend in Dunedin. The units are brand-new, neat with excellent bathroom. There is a microwave oven and a toaster.

I had a lovely stay at this centrally located motel. The reception staff were so accommodating, allowing me to check in immediately after a long flight. My room, although a little dated, was large and comfy. The breakfast offered great value for money and was very convenient. The motel's location in the heart of Dunedin was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Thank you for making me feel welcome, I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone visiting Dunedin. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

97 Motel Moray is very central yet located for quietness. It is very handy for shops, theatre, art gallery and cinemas and is the briefest of strolls from all the activities in the Octagon.

Parking is a little tight but we always found a spot.

I thought the location was ideal for us as we were on foot most of the time. We had easy access to the theatres, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, information centre, university museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would not hestitate to recommend your Motel to my friends and family.

the breakfasts for vegetarian or vegan. recently renovated and reasonably large rooms with lovely clean comfy bed, and excellant services. location near dunedin town hall & town center, dunedin's tourist attractions and shops, cafes, restaurants, museums, hospital. also, close to cafes.

Original hotel, the stay was very very good, incredible location to centre of city. Location: the property was just off Dunedin town hall, and other items of interest.

I had an exceptional stay at a centrally located hotel. The room was spacious, with a huge king-sized bed and comfy armchairs. It was a nice change to relax while our son fell asleep. The room was nicely cleaned and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

They offered a lot of options for continental breakfast. The location in a shopping area was marvellous and fantastic and there were a shopping area and all the major shops nearby...

The location of 97 Moray Motel was fantastic, with easy access to the CBD. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, with a comfortable couch to relax on. Having a toaster, microwave, and kettle in the room was a bonus. The staff were exceptional in their friendliness and helpfulness. I would highly recommend this motel for a great stay in Dunedin.

A very attractive reception area and staff were well organised and helpful. The motel is all we wanted given that we were not going to be there very much.. However if we did want to hang around the motel it would have been very comfortable. Walking distance to eateries and shopping so we could leave the car parked up. We will stay there agin in the future.

This motel is very centrally located and is an ideal base for a stay in Dunedin.

The only thing I found inconvenient was that there were no light switches by the bed.

It is in such a fabulous location, so close to the town centre for any shopping and great car parking. Very clean and staff very friendly.

The room we had was quite dark, looked out at a concrete wall and got no sun. But... That would not stop me from staying there again (preferably in a room with more natural light).
